Our Story

We’re Karen and Colin — once city dwellers, now proud crofters living the quiet life in the Scottish Highlands. After swapping the rush of urban living for our small croft, we slowly filled it with chickens, ducks, and (soon we hope!) a few sheep.

The fresh eggs from our hens and ducks go straight into our homemade cakes, and any extras are available to purchase in the café. During quieter months, we spend our time crafting, preserving, and preparing jams, marmalades, and chutneys for the season ahead.

Everything we create is inspired by the landscape, local flavours, and a love for simple, honest Highland living.
